Whitetail is the one animal here priced by score rather than by a single trophy fee, because that is how hunters already read this market. Score the buck, read the rung, and there is no conversation about the number afterwards.

Deer are limited. Exotics are not.
The state issues this ranch a set number of tags, and only the bucks actually on the property can be taken - a score has to be standing here to be hunted. Deer hunts get coordinated ahead and the best of them go early. Exotics carry no season and no cap.
